When you place or attempt to place an order, we receive information such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, selected products, sizes, quantities, payment status, and order reference. Stripe processes payment information on its systems.
We use order information to process and fulfill purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that support payment processing, hosting, production, shipping, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell customer personal information.
We retain order records only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use HTTPS, access controls, and payment processing through Stripe, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, product interest, shopping-bag activity, checkout outcomes, purchases, and refunds. We also use Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmaps to understand navigation, clicks, scrolling, and usability. Shopping-bag and order-status areas are explicitly masked, and form inputs are masked by Clarity. We do not send your name, email, phone number, shipping address, complete payment information, or checkout-field text to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad personalization remain disabled.
When you follow a valid community-partner link, we may store a first-party referral code for up to 30 days. The code attributes eligible completed orders and helps calculate provisional partner credit. It does not change your price and operates separately from optional analytics. Partners receive aggregate order and credit information, not customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or payment information. You may remove the referral cookie through your browser settings.
If you submit a reflection comment, we collect your display name, email address, comment, article, and submission time. Approved display names and comments become public; email addresses remain private and are used only for moderation or a necessary follow-up. All submissions are reviewed before publication. Short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Do not include personal, sensitive, or confidential information in a comment. You may contact us to request removal.
You may choose: “I agree to receive Deenulhaqq reflections and occasional collection or community updates by email. I can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Notice.” The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the form records your affirmative choice and activates a new eligible subscription without a second confirmation email. Subscribing is not required to purchase, comment, use a partner link or choose analytics. Reflections are normally scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional collection or community updates.
Requests created under the prior confirmation process remain pending until confirmed or expired. Their confirmation links are valid for 48 hours. An eligible legacy pending request may receive one reminder on the third business day and one final reminder on the tenth business day, at 10 a.m. Central. Business days mean Monday through Friday. Reminders contain confirmation guidance, not promotional offers, and stop after confirmation, cancellation, bounce, suppression or expiry.
We store the email address, signup source, consent wording and version, activation time, and a keyed one-way code derived from the signup IP address. Legacy pending confirmation tokens are stored as hashes. Our private hosting databases, including MySQL reporting and existing private operational storage, support subscriptions and their audit trail. Messages use our cPanel business mailbox. We record submission to the mail server; server acceptance alone does not show inbox delivery. Stripe processes payment details, Printful receives information needed for fulfillment, and our hosting provider supports the website, databases and email.
An unconfirmed request created under the prior process expires 30 days after the request; a resend does not extend that period. We remove its usable confirmation token and email from the pending subscription record. Where the same address is needed for an independent order, suppression, support or audit relationship, those records follow their separate retention purposes. We keep only a pseudonymous request reference, source, consent version and wording hash, and request/expiry dates for 90 further days to investigate confirmation issues, then remove that evidence. Protected historical backups follow their separate retention schedule and are not used to restart expired requests.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary order or support messages. Contact us using the address below to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent, as applicable. We may retain information needed for a separate legal or business recordkeeping purpose.
Deenulhaqq is operated in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in locations used by our service providers. Available rights depend on your location and applicable law; contact us before subscribing if you need further information about processing in your country.
You may allow or decline analytics in the privacy choices displayed on the site and change that choice later. You may also contact us to ask about your order information or request a correction, subject to recordkeeping and legal requirements.
