Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after purchase. Production capacity, destination, and carrier delays may affect timing. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. The estimate begins on the purchase date. We review each paid order before approving it for production.
Available destinations and any shipping charge are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier delays after shipment may be outside our control.
Contact us promptly if you need to correct a size or shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment begins.
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation, size change, or address correction. We will make the change when possible before the order is approved for production. Once production begins, an order cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Report a problem within seven days of delivery with the order number and photographs. This policy does not limit rights required by law.
