Ask where this pattern appears in ordinary life: in a message, a purchase, a delay, a private thought, or a conversation at home. Specific observation is more useful than a vague promise to become better. When the moment is named clearly, the response can also become clear.

A practice for today

Name one private choice you will slow down before making today. Keep the practice private and realistic. At the end of the day, review what made it easier, what made it harder, and what you would prepare differently next time.

The aim is not to perform improvement. It is to make the next choice more honest, more deliberate, and more useful.
